Cylindrical automatic tempering machine

*Tempering capacity: 100kg/hour, 200kg/hour, 300kg/hour

*Cold water device with air-cooling chiller unit and cooling cylinder are loaded on the cart, and the machine can be moved easily.

This tempering machine should be used by connecting with Ketopon cart.

Pin valve depositor（P.V.D） Japan Patent No. 3880599

* This depositor is quite different from conventional chocolate depositor which works by mechanical drive of a valve and a piston.

(Volumetric piston depositor)

*This patented and epoch-making depositor has an in-between pin valve in the chocolate circulation pipe, and discharges fixed quantity of chocolate neatly by opening and closing valve with an adjustment timer.
